Beta programs are for new products that are still receiving their finishing touches, it allows us to have real users try our features and provide valuable feedback. The beta program also gives you the opportunity to try Umbo at deeply discounted rates. While you may find the odd bug here and there our tech team is standing by to help fix them.
All trials are 30 days and give you access to all the features of the plan you selected. We highly recommend trying the plan you think will be best for your entity, you can always change plans later on. You will be automatically billed at the end of the trial period.
You are free to cancel at any time during your trial and you will not be charged. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, either trial or pay period (month/year). Refunds will not be issued on monthly billed plans. For yearly billed plans refunds may be issued for accidental renewals. The refund must be request within 10 days of the purchase by contacting customer support.
